I have a daughter who loves to help in the kitchen. NickJr.com has some great recipes that the kids can help with that also taste great. This is one of our favorites... my husband and daughter make it for me every Mother's day!
You'll Need:
12-inch bundt pan
4 tubes of refrigerated biscuit dough
1 1/3 cups white sugar
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
Next you will:
~Preheat oven to 350
~Have kids help you cut each biscuit into 3 pieces
~have kids mix 2/3 cup of sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon in large bowl and have kids dip each piece of bread dough into the mixture.
~show kids how to grease the pan with the margarine and drop in pieces of dough
~in small pan mix together remaining ingredients, margarine, cinnamon, and vanilla. Heat on stove until it reaches a boil. Pour over the biscuit pieces and bake for 40 minutes. When done turn bread over onto a plate and serve.
Serves: 16, or one hungry mama during the entire day, and kiddo and daddy for breakfast! (It heats up great!)
ENJOY!
