S'mores Brownies the kiddies will LOVE!!!

As a Girl Scout Troop leader I have had to come up with some pretty creative ways to help celebrate being girl scouts and incorporating traditions with being in a library with no kitchen, or stove (or campfire) and s'mores are the "official" snack of the scouts. So... what's a girl to do?!?!
I made these brownies which were a HUGE hit with the kids, and their parents, and was VERY easy.
I bought the Truffle Brownie Mix from Trader Joes; this is literally the BEST brownie mix EVER! Made the brownies according to directions, -5 minutes to keep the "fudgy". Then pulled them out to cool.
Once cooled I added "Fluff" to the top, if you don't have fluff in your area you can try any marshmallow cream. Fluff is its own special entity however, so it might be a little different, its not quite as sweet as most other marshmallow creams.
Then, I added crushed graham crackers to the top of the fluff and had to press it in to keep it from falling and making a huge mess.
TA-DA! S'mores in a pan! They were great, were gone in a few minutes, and the girls requested I make them for every badge ceremony! DELISH!!!
