Cheese cake that can be sugar free AND delicious!

My best friend shared this wonderful cheesecake recipe with me. You can use Splenda instead of sugar to have a sugar free cheesecake! Its still DELICIOUS and you can't tell the difference! I also won 3rd place in a cake-off with this sugar free recipe!!!

Cheesecake---

What you need:
- 10 inch spring form pan

For crust:
~ 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
~ 3 Tbs. melted butter

Filling:
~ 3 packages Philadelphia cream cheese
~ 1 cup white sugar (or Splenda if you are doing sugar free!)
~ 2 Tbs. flour
~ 3 eggs
~ 2 tsp. vanilla extract
~ 1/4 cup milk

What to do:

~Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

~Mix crust ingredients together and press into spring form pan. Place pan on baking sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Remove from oven and cool to room temperature.

~ Reset oven to 325 degrees.

~ Beat cream cheese, eggs, sugar (or Splenda), and flour until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Add milk and mix well until blended smooth.

~ Pour filling over crust and bake 50 minutes or until slightly firm to the touch. Let cool 20 minutes, then cover and refrigerate 4 to 6 hours before serving.

Can be served plain, with pie filling over the top, or walnuts, chocolate chips, caramel and fudge sauce for turtle cheesecake!

ENJOY!!!
